    The Location

    Located in Hudson River Valley, 1.5hr away from NYC, we cover an extensive area from Fishkill, NY to north of Albany. Our main hospital is a 360 bed Vassar Brothers Medical Center, which recently broke ground to build a new $460mil hospital.

    Our group also covers several outpatient ASCs and physician's offices throughout Hudson Valley. Because of our location and structure, we can tailor your schedule and compensation to your needs. We have multiple opportunities available including call/no call as well as full and part time. 

     

    Professionally, we have a wide variety of cases including cardiac (done by a cardiac team), neuro IR, regional, GI, etc. No neonates, but some healthy peds. Our OB service is responsible for 3000 deliveries a year.

    Position Requirements

    • Holds a current license as a registered professional nurse and complies with any applicable state statutory or requirements concerning the advanced practice of nursing
    • Graduation from a program of nurse anesthesia education accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) or its predecessor
    • Complies with one of the following requirements regarding certification; or initial certification or recertification:
      • Meets requirements above and is awaiting on initial certification; or
      • Is currently certified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or it predecessor; or 
      • Is currently recertified by the AANA Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists
