The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for defining and driving NAPA’s overall brand and marketing goals that support the company’s growth strategy. This marketing executive will create a strong brand recognition strategy and grow brand reach, with a specific purpose to increase sales and profits through differentiating NAPA from its competition. Customer stewardship is incredibly important in this role and this leader must create a single-voice of the customer and drive an omnichannel platform.


He/she will lead and inspire a team of marketers that understands how their work aligns to and impacts marketing and NAPA’s business goals, design and maintain a superior patient experience through marketing vehicles, and drive new site and new patient growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated strategic marketing and communications plan to advance the

organization’s brand identity; broaden awareness of its wide variety of services; support the organization’s mission and objectives; and increase the visibility, all while being the subject matter expert in all marketing aspects

  • Implement brand strategy, and oversee and consult on the consistent application and translation of

the organization’s brand on all marketing and communication products and other stakeholder touch points to ensure brand consistency

  • Drive brand recognition through all outputs including at location, website, social media, print/electronic communications and marketing collateral materials
  • Create and implement innovative, cutting-edge ways to evoke a patient connection and increase cases while maintaining appropriate expense and budgetary goals
  • Ensure team delivers new media, mobile and social media to reach and engage the target customer
  • Define, articulate and implement marketing strategies and tactics, including processes, technologies, data capture, reporting and measurement tools.
  • Optimize digital marketing, CRM, advertising and media spend which increase NAPA’s profits and

ensures the company delivers the right messages to the right audiences at the right time

  • Coordinate and oversee all marketing activities, including digital, providing leadership to drive an increase in business
  • Oversee all editorial content and coordinate all action opportunities to achieve maximum engagement and impact
  • Develop, partner and oversee the implementation of all NAPA’s external and internal communications and materials, inclusive of online, print and broadcast products, and social media strategies
  • Identify challenges and emerging issues faced by the organization. Work with senior leadership and regional management to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to maximize the marketing spend
  • Develop and execute marketing metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities; prepare statistical and descriptive reports on marketing and communication goals and performance and how they relate to the overall profits of the organization

  • Prepare summary reports for Board meetings, and present as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to define and direct marketing programs that align

with the organization’s broader vision and goals

  • Manage a marketing and communications team to support the development and execution of robust and measurable marketing and communications goals, tactics, and programs
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, direct strategic planning and ensure profitability goals are met and exceeded
  • Drive organic and non-organic growth
  • Effectively manage, lead, coach and mentor a high performing, innovative team. Develop talent, build bench and technical skills with defined areas of responsibility





  • As least 10-15 years of significant demonstrated experience as a strong confident marketing leader who has managed the full complement of marketing functions as the top marketing executive. Demonstrated experience in customer stewardship and has led cross-functional teams to deliver compelling omni-channel programs, developed scaleable processes and effectively managed budgets. Must have a track record of success in job performance
  • Demonstrated understanding of disruptive trends due to changing consumer behavior, including CRM, social and mobile, who can translate that understanding to the company’s business, as well as entire organization
  • Proven experience using data to provide greater customer insight, drive innovation and improve efficiency and productivity and the ability to develop differentiated and compelling consumer value propositions with strong commercial / business / P&L acumen
  • The ideal candidate will have worked in the healthcare sector (Hospital (for profit) or large physician practice management) with disbursed locations and in a fast paced growing company

  • High energy, self-motivated, and hands-on management style working with all levels of the organization to drive performance and continuous improvement using an analytic and metrics based approach



  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university, preferably in Marketing or

Business; MBA preferred but not required
