Position Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee data integrity of the NAPA Service Experience Program, including but not limited to:
    •  Patient demographic data feeds from billing to NAPA Service Experience Application
    •  Application functionality including daily deployment of survey triggers, both initial and reminder triggers
    •  Voice Survey performance
    •  Monitor survey feedback data and outcomes accuracy on the dashboard
    •  Address/correct data failures and delays
    •  Work with internal staff and vendors to oversee dashboard functionality, maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancements and upgrades
  •  Monitor outcomes data
  •  Maintain daily communication with Quality Improvement leadership staff
  •  Prepare high level monthly summary of outcomes data, benchmarking providers, facilities and regions within NAPA as needed
  •  Collaborate with NAPA Research and Analytics departments to assure validity and strength of data
  •  Provide monthly data processing reports and as needed (data flow start to end)
  •  Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partnering organizations NAPA Ambulatory Anesthesia Services
  •  Maintain HIPAA compliance with all data and reports
  •  Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    •  Add new users to the system including facility affiliations and role designations for each
    •  Set, manage and monitor automatic alerts
    •  Correct data errors when applicable; always validate revised data
    •  Conduct weekly analysis for patients who request to be contacted about their anesthesia experience and facilitate closing this loop.
  •  Assess national market data and compare to NAPA quarterly and as needed
  •  Collaborate with NAPA Marketing to use NAPA outcomes data in any marketing capacity or national exposure

Experienced Required:

  •  Proficient in MS Office, intermediate to advanced level of Excel is required
  •  Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills are required
  •  Must be motivated and work well on a team and independently

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Informatics, or related field
