    We believe that ‘Your ideas matter’. We are seeking an energetic, passionate and self-driven Sr. Content Marketing Manager (storyteller) who will be instrumental in creating a pipeline of anesthesiologists and CRNA’s that are a right fit for the NAPA culture where patients come first. We are looking for an experienced content creator who can write and direct the production of original content to build the NAPA brand. Try innovative techniques to humanize our brand and tell our story by making it compelling and engaging via different communication channels (digital or traditional). Work with the executive team to develop a company-wide content marketing strategy. Work with the marketing team to execute, implement, and manage marketing campaigns, including websites, blogs, social media, podcasts, webinars, email, advertising, white papers, print collateral, and press releases. Produce and maintain a content calendar and a comprehensive marketing communications plan. To maximize your impact at NAPA, you will need to build a deep subject matter expertise, display strong project management skills, master the art of telling data-driven, thought leadership and emotionally stimulating stories, work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate content ideas, and brainstorm innovative content formats. Our team believes that being experimental, bold and passionate is a winning combination.

    • Write and deliver short- and long-form content outputs for blog posts, campaign emails, infographics, social media posts, podcasts & short articles, website landing pages and whitepapers.
    • Create persona specific content and work with the marketing team to distribute it through specific channels.
    • Create and maintain assets to support sales conversations, including “nurture” campaign materials and talking points.
    • Build and manage editorial calendars to ensure our business has a strong content pipeline at all times to support key objectives.
    • Work with internal and internal & external stakeholders to understand what matters, key selling points, and salient themes in the market to ensure new content is compelling, insightful and aligned with business objectives.
    • Partner with marketing colleagues in communications, design, demand generation, events and web development roles to deliver high-quality content in a timely manner across key audiences.
    • Work with Digital Marketing specialist to define, monitor and report on content-related metrics, including email open rates, page visits, search engine optimization and time on site, among others.
    • Push the business to adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels.

    Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or journalism, or related studies. 5+ years of content creation experience. Proven expertise in translating business goals and strategies into actionable and measurable marketing communications campaigns. Outstanding writing, messaging, and storytelling skills and portfolio of published examples exhibiting versatile writing styles. Experience developing, managing, and measuring social media strategies within a corporate setting. Exceptional attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to brand standards. Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders as well as experience managing vendors. Experience in digital marketing and the ability to converse with the digital marketing team is a plus. Experience in storytelling in a medical industry marketing or consumer health marketing is a plus.
