We are seeking an energetic, passionate and self-driven Sr. Content Marketing Manager (storyteller) who will be instrumental in creating a pipeline of anesthesiologists and CRNA’s that are a right fit for the NAPA culture where patients come first. We are looking for an experienced content creator who can write and direct the production of original content to build the NAPA brand. Try innovative techniques to humanize our brand and tell our story by making it compelling and engaging via different communication channels (digital or traditional). Work with the executive team to develop a company-wide content marketing strategy. Work with the marketing team to execute, implement, and manage marketing campaigns, including websites, blogs, social media, podcasts, webinars, email, advertising, white papers, print collateral, and press releases. Produce and maintain a content calendar and a comprehensive marketing communications plan. To maximize your impact at NAPA, you will need to build a deep subject matter expertise, display strong project management skills, master the art of telling data-driven, thought leadership and emotionally stimulating stories, work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate content ideas, and brainstorm innovative content formats. Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or journalism, or related studies. 5+ years of content creation experience. Proven expertise in translating business goals and strategies into actionable and measurable marketing communications campaigns. Outstanding writing, messaging, and storytelling skills and portfolio of published examples exhibiting versatile writing styles. Experience developing, managing, and measuring social media strategies within a corporate setting. Exceptional attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to brand standards. Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders as well as experience managing vendors. Experience in digital marketing and the ability to converse with the digital marketing team is a plus. Experience in storytelling in a medical industry marketing or consumer health marketing is a plus.
