We are seeking an energetic, passionate and self-driven Events Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in leveraging events to create a pipeline of anesthesiologists and CRNA’s that are a right fit for the NAPA culture, where patients come first. The Events Marketing Manager will focus on data-driven strategy to guide the organization on where should we conduct our recruiting events and how much should we spend at the event to maximize the ROI. Should not shy away from taking tough decisions to execute on the strategy. Should be bold in trying innovative techniques to humanize our brand and tell our story by working with content and digital marketing team. Work with the executive team to develop a company-wide recruiting and business development events calendar. Work with the marketing team to execute, implement, and manage event logistics. To maximize your impact at NAPA, you will need to understand how talent acquisition works for Anesthesiologists and CRNA’s. Build strong relationships with Anesthesiology schools and CRNA schools to conduct events and create a pipeline of potential candidates.     15-20% travel required especially during 2nd half of the year.

    Position Requirements

    Position Requirements

    • Work closely with the marketing team and clinical and executive leadership in getting upfront agreements on the yearly events calendar and executing on the plan.
    • Manage event calendar and deadlines for national, regional and local events; oversee contract agreements.
    • Oversee budgets, tracking costs and reporting for individual events.
    • Manage third-party vendors, including show organizers, at-show/on-site service providers, creative services vendors, promotions vendors, etc.
    • Build and maintain value-driven relationships with key schools, industry associations; establish yourself as the point-of-contact for all event-related activities.
    • Work with creative booth design houses to design events and take it to the next level.
    • Manage the intake of all post-event leads and own reporting for event ROI for talent acquisition events.
    • Coordinate all event logistics, including but not limited to collateral, promotional items, shipping, payment, booth setup and set down, and stakeholder registration and travel.
    • Plan event sponsorships by building relations with event hosts e.g. AANA/ASA, etc.
    • Manage event vendors and coordinate all logistics, booth design, layout, set-up, tear-down and shipping
    • Determine clinical and recruiting staffing needs for each show; communicate event travel requirements, booth schedules and ensure participants are prepped for shows
    • Ensure the impact of events is maximized through creative execution, speaking opportunities, PR efforts (before, at and after events).

    Desired Skills

    • 3-5 years of client-facing event management experience including all aspects of budget management.
    • Strong organizational/process skills and the ability to lead cross-functionally.
    • Strong verbal, written and visual communications skills are required.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and power point.
    • Proficient in project management tools
    • Creative booth design experience is a plus
