    In this newly created role, the Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, screening, and assessing anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists for open requisitions within a specific region.  These candidates may be actively interested in making an employment change or passively open to opportunities. 

     

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years sourcing experience with a healthcare agency, search firm or in-house recruiting team.
    • Experience with high-volume recruiting and online sourcing niche sites including job boards, job posting and social-media systems.
    • Experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates within a robust ATS and/or CRM.
    • Experience in creating talent and market maps to drive sourcing strategies.
    • Demonstrates ability to work in conjunction with marketing and talent acquisition teams in a comprehensive team approach.
    • Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to take on multiple tasks and function under stressful situations and deadlines.
    • Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess careful analytical skills.
    • Candidate must have ability to work in rapidly changing healthcare environment.
    • Candidate must possess versatile computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS and/or CRM.
